Rag Bag

Hello there fellow Markers,

Well here it is, my first post on my very own blog. You know what the exciting thing about this is? I can share what I make with all of you, my fellow crafters and if you don't like it, you don't read it or even look and it doesn't offend me because I don't know what you said! lol

This is something I've wanted to make for ages, the Rag Bag. It's from the idea of the quilt as you go Raggy Quilt (which I am now inspired to make too!). This bag is made using the quality Stampin Up products and I whipped it up during two naps in one day! So quick! (Maybe they were long naps too).

It's simply made up of 19 fabric squares (for each side)that you put through the Big Shot. Yep,
that's right, you put the fabric through the Big
Shot! Quilt as you go; sewing a cross on each square that is layered with fabric, wadding, fabric. Then you join it all together and decorate as you please. On someone else's blog they suggest cutting between the scallops and then wash and dry in the dryer to give the really, really raggy look. We might try that with my next one. Yep, my husband said I was allowed to make more! :D That doesn't happen very often, so I guess it must be pretty cool if he says I can make more!

Keep leaving you mark,
Brooke
